第１年Ａ組の生徒たちは、９月13日、オンラインで、インドネシア姉妹校であるレッジーナ・パシスと交流会を持ちました。インドネシア、ジャカルタにあるレッジーナ・パシスは、福岡海星と同じ「マリアの宣教者フランシスコ修道会」によって設立された学校です。建学の精神を同じとする海外の学校と交流を持てたことは、大変幸運なことであり、本校修道会の世界的なネットワークによって成し得たことです。

交流会では、お互いの学校や住んでいる町について、両校の生徒がプレゼンテーションを行いました。両校とも、パワーポイントを使い、大変素晴らしい発表でした。またレッジーナパシスと福岡海星は、校訓「愛をもって真理に向かう」Seeking Truth Through Love、校章であるステラマリスのロゴマークも共有していることが分かり、「世界とつながる福岡海星」を大変誇らしく思いました。

次の交流会は１２月を予定しています。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

First-grade students from the International Liberal Arts Course and Special Advancement Course had the opportunity today to interact online with our sister school in Indonesia, Regina Pacis. We feel fortunate to have a chance to speak with our sister school in Jakarta, Indonesia, which shares the same Catholic foundation as us. Today we learned a lot about each other’s schools, as well as our cities. We found we share the same school slogan, Seeking Truth Through Love. We also found we share the same Stella Maris school logo. Another online interaction has been planned for December, and we are all looking forward to interacting with each other again.
